By accessing or using ShiftStatPRN ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

ShiftStatPRN provides a platform connecting healthcare professionals with healthcare facilities seeking temporary or PRN staffing solutions. Our services include:

• Shift posting and browsing capabilities
• Professional credential verification
• Scheduling and shift management tools
• Payment processing services
• Communication tools between parties

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your profile information current and accurate

4. Healthcare Professionals

Healthcare professionals using our Service agree to:

• Maintain all required licenses and certifications in good standing
• Provide accurate credential and experience information
• Complete accepted shifts as scheduled
• Comply with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
• Maintain professional standards of care
• Carry appropriate professional liability insurance

5. Healthcare Facilities

Healthcare facilities using our Service agree to:

• Provide accurate facility and shift information
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
• Pay for completed shifts as agreed
• Not solicit professionals outside our platform for 12 months

6. Payments & Fees

For Professionals

Professionals are paid weekly via direct deposit for all completed and approved shifts. Rates are displayed at the time of shift application.

For Facilities

Facilities are invoiced weekly for completed shifts at the agreed-upon rate plus applicable service fees. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Circumvent our platform for direct arrangements
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

ShiftStatPRN is a platform that connects healthcare professionals and facilities. We are not an employer of the professionals and do not directly provide healthcare services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIFTSTATPRN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
