ShiftStatPRN is a healthcare staffing platform that connects qualified healthcare professionals with facilities that need temporary or PRN staff. We make it easy for professionals to find shifts and for facilities to fill their staffing needs quickly.
Professionals create a profile, get verified, and browse available shifts. Facilities post their staffing needs, review applicants, and select professionals. Once a shift is completed, payment is processed automatically.
Signing up is completely free for healthcare professionals. Facilities pay a small service fee only when they successfully fill a shift through our platform.
We currently serve healthcare facilities and professionals across all 50 US states. Our network is continuously expanding to serve more communities.
You'll need an active, unrestricted license in your state of practice, current certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc. depending on specialty), and the ability to pass a background check. We verify all credentials before you can accept shifts.
Once your profile is verified, you can browse available shifts in your dashboard. Filter by location, date, specialty, and pay rate. Apply with one click and you'll be notified when you're accepted.
Absolutely! You have the freedom to work at as many facilities as you'd like. Many of our professionals enjoy the variety and flexibility of working at different locations.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect your standing on the platform.
From your facility dashboard, click "Post Shift" and fill in the details including date, time, specialty needed, and pay rate. Your shift will be visible to qualified professionals immediately.
We verify all professional licenses, certifications, and conduct comprehensive background checks. We also check references and monitor ongoing performance through facility ratings.
No-shows are rare due to our rating system, but if it happens, you won't be charged. Contact our 24/7 support team and we'll work to find a replacement immediately.
Yes! Many of our facilities have hired professionals they met through ShiftStatPRN. A conversion fee may apply—contact us for details on our temp-to-perm program.
Professionals receive weekly direct deposits to their bank account. Payments are processed every Friday for shifts completed through the previous Sunday.
Facilities are invoiced weekly for completed shifts. We offer flexible payment options including ACH, credit card, and invoicing with net-30 terms for qualifying facilities.
Our transparent pricing means no hidden fees. Facilities see the total cost upfront when posting shifts. Professionals keep 100% of their posted rate with no deductions.
Professionals receive 1099 forms at year-end for tax purposes. We recommend consulting with a tax professional for guidance on independent contractor taxes.
